What is WASPIFY?
WASPIFY – from the blend of the words ‘wasp’ and ‘identify’ – is an online platform with the objective of gathering pictures from other online databases to efficiently identify three known invasive species of social wasps. This platform is part of a scientific project that aims to use citizen-sourced data and expert identification to enhance understanding as well as raise awareness of these invasive species.
